Flat is 1 minute walk to garage and penmere station, five minute walk to co op, 10 minute walk to laundrette,15 minute walk to town and swanpool beach.

I am 23 years old and have rented on spare rooms a couple times. My partner also lives here and we both work full time. I have rented to Erasmus students on short term let’s also !

I will be returning to university this year as a mature student. Ideally looking to rent short term and I am open to offers for the right room mate.
