Need a replacement tenant to occupy my lovely double room in my house in Falmouth. Opposite the Falmouth Health Centre, 15 min walk to town/Woodlane Campus, 5 min to the nearest bus stop by the esso garage so ideal for Penryn students too. Great for parking, nice garden with big shed, lovely housemates - respectful of noise but also up for hanging out, drinks, cooking meals - dining room! All in one bath + shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, lush reclining sofa seats in the living room! everything is new and nice and a good size- can’t fault it really.
