THE SPACE
Our apartment is located right in the centre of Falmouth, above KFC and The Gurkha. Perfect for anyone working in town.
The room for rent is fairly large with a double bed in already. (Picture of it down below) The house has one bathroom which I love, strong pressured shower and lovely large bath.
The kitchen and lounge are open planned. The kitchen comes fully equip with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. (The pictures below are of when we first moved in. It has been a bit upgraded since then with big fish tank etc!)

The living room is a nice large area perfect for chilling with large TV, sofas and coffee table plus glorious fish tank if I say so myself!

BILLS AND MOVING COST

I have spoken to our landlord, Angelo, and he is keen to meet the new tenant soon. When I moved in I paid a deposit of £475 so this will be paid to me. Then the rest of December's rent (full rent is 375 so 185) willl be paid to the landlord. roughly £635 in total to move in.

Average monthly bills

Council tax is £120 a month Which is split between two people.
Electric is done on a meter and costs us roughly £20-£30 each a month depending on usage.
Water is done quarterly and split between two. We pay roughly £150 each quarter between the two of us.
