Large double room split in two, fully furnished and all inclusive of bills, WIFI, washing machine. In shared house, with other lodgers, landlady and adult son living nearby who share facilities couple of times a week. Shared kitchen and bathroom, no living room, garden, roadside parking. Bedding available.

Not suitable for couples or pets, sorry cannot accept housing benefit. This is a working family house and not suitable for partying. No excessive alcohol use, no smoking in the house and no noise after 11pm. We are an active outdoors family and have land with horses and dogs up the road. Interest in veg growing or working in garden welcome.
Would suit student or professional. Potential for some work or part rent for a builder/carpenter.

Rent £400 a month, require 1 months deposit and 1 months rent in advance, total £800.
