Two rooms available in flat in central Falmouth

We have two rooms available in this lovely newly renovated flat which are available now. One is a very large double room with its own bathroom which would be suitable for a couple (if taken by a couple the rent would be £100 extra per month). The second room is also a double but is smaller and shares the bathroom with two other tenants. We are happy to take professionals or students (£50 extra per month for professionals for council tax). The flat has a new kitchen and huge modern bathroom with walk in shower. It is newly decorated and is very comfortable and clean. There is storage space in the basement for bikes etc and an on site laundry.
