Large double room available near town/beaches

Double room in 3 bedroom house available, the house is 5 mins walk from town and beaches, room can be en suite for an extra £100 per month otherwise £450 per month with basically the other bathroom to yourself. Parking available on drive, I am looking for a bubbly and friendly housemate to add some life to the house and help me with rent/ bills. I have lived on my own here for last two months, i work long hours in the week and play sport most weekends so wouldn’t be around that much.
