The property is within walking distance to Penmere Station, the Hospital, School and Town Centre. There is also a local bus service into town. Plus off street parking for one car or there's plenty of on street parking as the bungalow is situated in a no through road.
Facilities include: All bedding and bath towels. WiFi, new washer/dryer, new boiler, living/dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with second fridge freezer. A separate W. C. Bath/shower room.
The back garden has a raised patio which is a sun trap in the summer. (Work in progress at the moment)
I'm a freelance graphic designer and beekeeper (honey on tap during the season). Although I live in, I'm often away Friday - Monday visiting my girlfriend, so you'll have the place to yourselves most weekends. Oh, and there is another lodger, she's Holly the cat but spends most of the time outside and just pops in for a feed. Lastly….Strictly NO SMOKING even outdoors .. sorry.
