Currently occupied by two working professionals looking for a new housemate preferably professional.

The room is on the front of the house and benefits from evening light, large and bright with room enough for a double bed desk and clothes storage.

Front garden is a bit of a sun trap and gets most of the evening sun during the summer.

Looking for people to move in from the 18th of Feb. All bills and rent usually cost no more than £400 a month all in which is really reasonable for Falmouth.
