Nice spacious flat with lots of light

Hi, I am moving away for a while for work and looking to rent out my flat. I have previously rented to local students, so students welcome!

The flat is pretty big with really high ceilings and a great kitchen. The rooms are fairly large and part furnished with double beds. I may replace one bed and also replace the sofa in the front room before moving though (they are old). I can send more photos to anyone interested or I would be happy to give a video tour. It is at 4 Mulberry Court just down from The Moor on Market Strand so it's really central (and it also has one parking space).

I am assuming there will be multiple renters because it's two bedrooms but a single occupant is also fine! Also, if those renting would prefer to rent it unfurnished that is also a possibility. I can put some things in storage.

It's band C for council tax.

Anyway, that's all really. It's available for viewings from August 26th and you can move in as soon as you like after that.
