2 doubles available in family home

Usually an air bnb but opening up for a lodger/lodgers after some recent positive short term let experiences. 2 double bedrooms (one converts to a twin) available in our family home for up to 6 months.

We are a super relaxed, professional couple - work at Falmouth University and as a carpenter. Kiddo is 3 years old.

10 minute walk to Swanpool beach and the coastal path from the house. Quiet residential road, nice neighbours, back garden.

Lodger/s would have sole use of the family bathroom (we have an en-suite). We wouldn’t rent the rooms separately - so you wouldn’t be sharing with any other/separate lodgers. Would consider renting to a family in need of short term accommodation.
