Rooms available for short let over the summer

Two rooms available in gorgeous garden flat from now until early September. The rooms are large doubles with new carpets and blinds. There are 3 bathrooms and one separate WC. The flat has a new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a spacious lounge diner. This is a student only property. Parking is available at a cost of £10 per week because it is limited. There is a surf store and bikes racks. The rent is all inclusive.
