The existing housemates are all fine art students, clean and tidy and like to socialise. Incredibly considerate people to live with.

The room is comfortable and has a big window overlooking the garden. Comes furnished with bed, desk, set of small draws and a wardrobe.

The rest of the house has a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave toaster and kettle. Plenty of pots, pans and cutlery left from past tenants.

There is a bath/shower in a bright bathroom, as well as a homey front room with access to the back garden with a pond and there is a seating area on front patio, leading to the parking slot on the property.
