Attic Room short-term let

Open and spacious attic room with beautiful pale blues eaves with a suspend hammock. Large memory foam double bed, large desk, window alcove and seating area, wardrobe and storage, lots of floor space and your own door then staircase that leads up to your room from the floor below. The views from the window are stunning - perfect spot to have coffee and catch sunrise!

The house itself has two bathrooms, one for boys and one for girls for ease. The kitchen and dining room are open spaces with lovely views over Falmouth from large windows that let the light in beautifully. The living room space is small but this never bothered me due to the size of the bedroom.

I pay £470 a month ALL bills included but will be letting for £400.

All the housemates are lovely. I am not going to be staying in Falmouth for the next 2 months due to family reasons, and am looking to let the room from now until the start of April (I am flexible on the time period and this can be reviewed over the letting).
