Hi,
I have a double room in a lovely house available for short term or longer term lets. Depending on the stay we can negotiate prices which work for both of us, only doing this to have some extra cash as I have been staying elsewhere most of the time. I can leave it furnished, or clear it (might have to leave a few items of furniture).
Its a lovely house with a nice garden and you would be with my 3 other housemates who are all girls studying fine art, illustration and marine biology.
