We are a family of five living in a large house in Falmouth with an attached annex ,we have two boys 15 and 11, 3 cats 1 dog 2 chickens and a rabbit , the house is convenient for the Penryn campus and the Falmouth university and is only a fifteen minute walk to the centre of town. Twenty minute walk to the beaches , there are two bus stops two minutes from our door,. Train station fifteen minute walk ,the price includes all bills access to broadband Netflix , Disney and Prime tv ,you will share a kitchen with the family but have your own cupboard space. You will have space in the freezer and fridge and have access to the washing machine .
