Large Double Room in Family Home (4m x 4m +alcove)

Available from early/mid September
Short and longer term let available - no preference. £700 a month plus council tax if you a subject to paying it (around £50). All other bills and broadband included subject to fair usage (reviewed every 3 months).

Will also accept couples for an extra £100 per month.

Large double room to let in a family home. The room is part furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and tall built in cupboard, there is standard tv (not smart) in the room but can be taken out if required.
The rental includes the bedroom, use of a shared bathroom, additional shared toilet, kitchen and utility room. There’s lots of on street parking in the side street by the house which is close to the 24hr garage in Falmouth.
Town is a 5/10min walk away, beaches are 20mins, Penmere train station is a 15min walk and there is a bus stop just across the road next to the garage.
I live in the house with my 11yr old son..
My son goes to bed early but I tend to be up and about until 11pm.
The room is pretty big (a large rather than a small double) with high ceilings, the house is 1930’s and still needs work in places (its ongoing!) but we love it!
You would have your own cupboard space in the kitchen and a fridge freezer (in the utility room next to the kitchen) and can share our cooking items, pots, pans etc. theres a large back garden which is nice to hand out in during summer.
We have a garage which is pretty full but do have space for bicycle/paddleboard etc and also have a kayak should you want to borrow it:)
Payment would be in cash monthly, all other bills and wifi included.
Im happy for short or long term let, just need a months notice.
Ive got my mum staying until the end of Aug but room is available to view after then (possibly before but mum will be here) - was going to decorate the room so marked as available from mid Sept but can be before if urgent.
