Falmouth room

Bright and spacious double room available in central Falmouth. You will be living with the landlady, Concha, an artist from Spain, and her beautiful cat, Coco (see image).
The house is spacious, with a seperate bathroom and access to shared spaces including living room, dining room and kitchen. I am looking for a clean, respectful and friendly working professional to share this wonderful space with - mature student's also considered. Nearest shop is one minute walk away and the town centre is just a few minutes walk.
