Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Ocean View.
Unfortunately you will have to be a student to apply.
There is laundry on site for a fee and a gym and cinema room which is free to use as well as free parking.
House includes dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers so there is plenty of room!
Room is a double with a large desk and lots of storage as well as an ensuite with shower.
Common room is open 24 hrs and you will also have access to Maritime Studios Common room which has great views of Falmouth.
The house is modern and there is on site staff which help with packages and any maintenance issues.
