Room available in 3-bed flat on High Street!

Hi everyone! My room is available for next academic year in a lovely 3-bed flat above a shop in town - near harbour lights and just a short walk from Woodlane campus. The rent is £490pcm.

You would be living with my 2 awesome current flatmates who are clean, tidy, nice people - both girls but open to living with any gender.

The flat is really nice and light with a good quality finish and utilities. It comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, bathroom, storage spaces, a pantry, and fast reliable WiFi. The living room window looks out onto the high-street which is great if you like people watching!

The room has a double-bed, is a little on the smaller side but still has plenty of space for chilling/studying/dancing around in your pants if that's what you're in to. On that note it's super private as the bedroom window looks onto the neighbours garden and the church, which is so pretty when the light hits it in the morning!

This is pretty urgent as we need to sign someone up by the 6th December (eek!). But wouldn't it be nice to have your housing sorted for next year already :)))
