Single Room in 4 Bed Maisonette

Hello! We’re 3 Falmouth university students going into 3rd year with 2 of us studying illustration and the other, graphic design . We’re looking for a 4th person to move into our house because our other flat mate graduates this year! The room is an affordable furnished single room available from the 18th August 2022-17th August 2023. Located 5 minutes from Woodlane Campus. The flat is central with easy access to the town and beach and also is on top of a Spar corner shop which is very convenient. The room is cozy and has a beautiful harbour view, lots of potential to be a lovely space! We are a quiet, friendly and creative flat who enjoy spending time together. Just a nice and homely atmosphere. The house has a good sized kitchen, living space, 2x downstairs bathrooms with 1x upstairs toilet and a roof top terrace!
