Double Room, Creative Household, Central Falmouth

Hello, I'm a male freelance creative director/content designer, and have a lovely fully furnished double room that is now available. I’m looking for a working student, or professional, to share my renovated terraced house. If you’re into surfing/paddleboarding/cycling, I have storage space in the double garage.

The room is street-facing, light and airy – I've installed bottom-up blinds for privacy, and the room comes with an Ikea oak top workstation and has lots of cupboard space. Linen and bath towels are included.

I've rented to lots of students and professionals before in Falmouth – I’m looking for someone that’s clean and tidy (essential), respectful of others and wants to be part of a warm, friendly, and creative home. My house is well run, kept in good condition with simple house rules and we share the cleaning and maintaining of communal areas in the house. I take care of the garden and outside areas. This is not a party house, but rather somewhere you can come home to chill and relax. The house has been designed around the needs of working lodgers ensuring privacy and quiet when you need it.

The 3-bedroomed terraced house has two bathrooms with beautiful stone tiles, a large living room with an open fireplace, a separate good sized kitchen with large double door icemaker fridge and a lovely outside deck area. Other appliances include a dishwasher and eco heat pump spin dryer.

We're only an 8-minute walk into town, the Boathouse pub and Chintz are just a few minutes’ walk away and so is the Greenbank hotel where you can swim in the sea or launch a paddleboard.

Rent covers ALL bills including broadband, gas/water/electric, council tax, use of communal areas. Deposit required and you will need to sign a Lodgers Agreement.
