Upto 3-week maximum (available 16/5-7/6 only) Looking for someone clean, tidy, mature, responsible and reliable., to share lovely, comfy, fully-furnished first floor flat with patio garden in central Falmouth. Close to The Quay, The Moor, and Falmouth's artisan High Street.
Includes fair usage of utilities, fibre broadband, TV licence, council tax. Washing machine and tumble drier. Owner is around occasionally. Available is a single room with desk workspace (second bed in photo has been removed) or (depending on dates) a double room. Sharing Large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Bathroom with good sized bath and electric shower over. Most of the time you will be the only one there - the other double room will only be in use occasionally.
