A large double room with king-size bed, separate shower room, and kitchen area. All this accommodation is on the ground floor of my town house. The room is newly decorated and the rest of the accommodation is in good condition. Initially available for 6 months, longer availability by negotiation.

i am looking for an easy going person to share my house with me and my very friendly Labrador.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, tall boy and compact-size wardrobe. Bedside cabinet and light and also provided is a space for a computer/work area. There is a TV ariel in the room.

The kitchen has a worktop fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and if required a worktop grill/cooker. There is a washing lline in the courtyard at the side of the house. Limited use of the washing machine.

The accommodation is close to Swanpool nature reserve and beach, there is a bus stop at the end of the road. A parking space is available if required. Use of the garden will be available by negotiation! The property is Council Tax band D.
