Great pressure hot shower running on gas which is cheaper than electricity.

Bills are minimal because the flat is a modern build with excellent insulation, requiring little heating during most of the winter. Even in the coldest months, we only used the heating for about half an hour each night, and it stayed warm.

Bed and mattress in the room.

Bills come up to about £150-£175 each roughly, including council tax and internet.

Short term stay (3 months) will be £650 + bills. Same for couples.
