Swanpool and Gylly beaches, or a 5 minute walk and a 15 minutes walk to the train stations and town.
It is a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free street parking.
It would suit a quiet mature , quiet working person. Not suitable for someone who is working solely from home. Please note this is unfortunately not available for couples.
Council tax, water and Internet are included in the rent.
Electricity is billed separately. from your own meter on the basis of what you use and is paid monthly.
