This is a self-contained large light and airy, newly decorated ensuite bedroom, It has a private balcony with views over the Fal river.
It has its own private entrance into a newly fitted kitchenette./utility room.
This is a ground floor room/annex attached to the main house where I live.
You would have sole use of the kitchenette, which is in my utility room so we would share the washing Machine and tumble dryer. There is also a clothesline in the front garden you may use.
There is plenty of street parking and we are only a 5 minutes walk from
Swanpool and Gylly beaches, and 15 minutes to the train stations and town.
It is a quiet area with plenty of free street parking.
It would suit a quiet mature/postgraduate student, or a quiet working person. Please note this is unfortunately not available for couples.
Council tax, water and Internet are included in the rent. Electricity is billed separately. from your own meter on the basis of what you use and is paid monthly.
I’m Looking for someone, who is kind, friendly, respectful and reasonably quiet to rent on a 6 month contract possibly leading to long term contract if suitable.
