Double Room in a Modern 4 bed House

My name's Chris, I work in the military and sometimes spend time away from the house for work.
I'm looking for a lodger so the house is well looked after in my absence.
I currently have 1 lodger in one of the rooms, the one available is the one in the pictures.
I'm looking for a professional who is respectful and responsible, and importantly clean and tidy.
I'm extremely laid back, spend most my spare time in my study chatting with mates and gaming. I do calisthenics, golf, and like going out for the occasional bit of food or drink, or ordering takeaways!
The house is fully furnished and has everything you should need from a washer dryer, air fryer, microwave, oven, 5 hob gas cooker, dishwasher and even a hot tub.
I have a garage for storage, and off street parking for 2 small cars. Although depending on driving requirements, there is also visitor parking that might need to be used, which is 30 seconds from the house.
It has a family bathroom that will be shared between 2 as my room has an en-suite.
The property is new, modern and of a high spec, I'm a bit of technical geek so has very fast broadband and various games consoles and computers to an electronic drum kit and acoustic guitars.
I'm happy with people needing to work from home if needed. the kitchen has a large table or there is space for a desk in the living room if required.

I've just had the garden landscaped, so it's great for the summer, and have a hot tub so it's cosy in the winter.
