1 double bedroom going in a flat in Falmouth. Quite close to the Greenbank Hotel, two lovely housemates already here.
Looking for a friendly new housemate who likes dogs as I have the friendliest deerhound. The two people who live here love a nice relaxing evening of cooking and movies and fitness, I also love surfing and it would be nice if a new housemate did too! But not essential.
I am a 30 year old who grew up in Cornwall and love a good walk and a surf. I am often working from home or out working on various agricultural projects.

Shared space is furnished
Shared Bathroom with a Bath.
There’s a small garden here which is fun to plant flowers and vegetables in.
All bills are £130 per month.
Worth mentioning that we have a tumble dryer here.
