Spacious double room for rent in Falmouth

I’m looking for someone relaxed and positive to come and share my house!
I have a very light and spacious double room available to rent, with a lovely sunrise view through two windows. It comes fully furnished with a space to work if you need to work from home. There’s two bathrooms, a cosy living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a sun trap of a garden and patio area. I have two parking spaces at the front of the house, and all bills are included in the cost. The house is a short walk into town, and is a new build so everything is clean and fresh, and I’m happy for you to make your room your own. I have a small, sleepy little dog (Italian Greyhound, about the size of a cat) who adores people, ideally I wouldn’t want to add another pet to the mix (cat most likely won’t work) but happy to chat if you also have a small dog.
