I'm looking for a female student to take over my tenancy at "The Quarry" student accommodation in Falmouth from June 15th to August 30th. If you need it, the tenancy can be extended too.
The room comes with a queen bed, wardrobe, shelf, study chair, and table, plus a private bathroom. You'll be sharing a beautiful kitchen and dining area with three other awesome master's students (2 film and television students and 1 illustration student). Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
The rent is £190 per week, and that includes all bills and wifi.
