Incredible flat in central Falmouth location, views of the harbour, ensuite, <5 min walk to the train station and the even less into town.

LOCATION
The flat is located in Events Square, with an amazing view of the quay with huge windows letting in lots of light and warmth. We have restaurants and a Tesco Express in our 'front yard', Gylly Beach a 10-15 min walk away and the high street is just a stones throw.

YOUR ROOM
Your attic room is located up your own set of stairs and is the largest of the three rooms. Your room has plenty of space, velux windows on both sides and an en-suite bathroom. Although the room come unfurnished, we may be able to come to an arrangement for you to take some of the furniture from the previous flatmate.

YOUR FLATMATES
Hello! We're Hattie and India and we are both professionals currently working from home at least some of the time. We both love going for a swim and India surfs but we also like to have a cosy night in and watch bake off too! We try to live consciously and like to keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone similar.
