The Room

Mid-large double room with a sleigh bed and a mirrored wardrobe that spans the entire wall, offering ample storage. Includes a large desk perfect for a work setup—strong WiFi at 145mbps.

Communal Areas

Living Room:
A cosy space with two large double couches, a 42-inch flat screen TV with Netflix, and plenty of room to relax and socialize.

Dining Room:
Features a dining table with a view of the patio and garden. Ideal for meals or as an additional workspace.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including a washer, fridge, freezer, and oven. Overlooks the garden.

Garden/Patio:
My favorite part of the house. A large rattan table perfect for working outside, a BBQ, and a secluded space with a stream at the bottom. Surrounded by nature in a quiet community. No parties, please. There's also some storage space for outdoor toys.

Bathroom/Toilet:
Separate toilet and shower room, both upstairs next to the bedrooms. It’s an old-school setup, but it works well.

The Area
Located in the quiet family area of Falmouth, in a cul-de-sac. Right next to tranquil Tregoniggie Woods for quick strolls and just 15-20 minutes from Falmouth Centre and Swanpool Beach via the Nature Reserve Boardwalk. A small shuttle train is one road over for easy commuting to Falmouth, Truro, or Penryn.

Bills / Cost
Electricity, gas, and water are not included. Included bills are the internet, TV licence, council tax, and Netflix. The cost for the room is £650, with estimated additional bills of around £50-70 per month, to be split fairly and equally.

About Myself

Hi, I’m Craig, 34. I’m a 3D artist and motion designer who knows Falmouth well and loves it here. My partner is doing a PhD in Manchester, so I often spend time there. I’m easygoing, friendly, and respectful and hope for the same from others. I’m usually out in the evenings, enjoying activities like tennis, surfing, football, SUP, diving in the summer, and socialising at the pub.

I may or may not be living here long-term, and whoever moves in will have a say in choosing future housemates, ensuring a harmonious living environment. There will be 3 people living here in total. I’ll post the final room once it’s completed.
