Looking for a friendly and easy going housemate to share the place with two others. The house is in a great location, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from Penmere train station and a 15-20 minute walk into town (the moor). The garden has a lovely stream you can follow up into Tregoniggie woods or down into Swanpool nature reserve and beach. It's especially lovely in Spring and the patio is a heat trap in summer.

The room is a bright and spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, drawers and comfy king size bed.

The rest of the house has a large cosy living room with 2 comfy sofas and a TV. This leads onto the dining room with a table and chairs that overlook the garden (also a great space if you work from home).
The kitchen has everything you need and opens onto the patio. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and separate toilet and shower rooms.

The garden and patio are there to enjoy, with a large table outside, BBQ and a stream at the bottom. It's a garden nestled in nature and is a really lovely chill out spot.

The house will be shared with one female masters student and one female doing her PHD

A 15-20 minute walk to town / the beach. Great walks nearby, Tregoniggie Woodland on the doorstep and the green belt walk takes you to the beach. Parking on drive or out the front.
