Large double room in Falmouth

Large bedroom in semi-detached house. King size bed with orthopaedic mattress. Built in wardrobe, chests of drawers and bedside tables. Wall mounted TV with Fire stick.

House is on a quiet crescent, parking is not dedicated but is pretty good. Large green space across the road with exercise equipment. Close to Sainsburys, bus stop, MacDonalds. 15 minute walk to town, about 30 mins to beaches. Terraced garden front and back. All white goods, air fryer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space.

Looking for a professional independent person (no students sorry). Generally I prefer living with the opposite sex but I am open to considering a man. Pets would be considered, however probably not a dog. A cat would be fine as I am thinking of getting one myself.

I am pretty easy-going, like to keep the place clean but not obsessively so, like to socialise a bit but like my own space too. I vape, and smoke a bit. I don’t drink or take recreational drugs, I gave up many years ago. I don’t mind if you do but it’s not a party house.

Finding the right person is more important to me than the money so I am not rushing into anything.
