Hi, there are 3 double bedrooms available in a newly renovated, sunny, end-terrace house in Falmouth. It’s a 15-minute walk into Falmouth town with easy train and bus access.
All bills are included in the rent for students.
The rooms are available 18th September 2024 on 10-month assured shorthold tenancy. Rent is payable in termly payments (4-monthly) and a guarantor is required for students.
The south-facing house is set with views of the estuary. Each room is equipt with storage, a double bed, and desk with views to Flushing and down the river from the front rooms. There is free on-street parking, a storage room and a nicely sized sunny garden with a sun terrace area perfect for barbecues. Available to sensible students. I live in the house part-time but am largely away from the house as I work elsewhere.
I want to create a safe and freindly environment for people that are looking for housing in Falmouth as, I have found myself, this is hard to find.
