6 bed student property in Falmouth

Due to personal reasons I am unable to move into the house next year. It’s a welcoming mix of Exeter/Falmouth female uni students, all in their second year of study. We are open to male and female applicants. It’s a lovely property with a large communal kitchen and six double bed rooms with 2 shower rooms. It’s not far from Town Centre, located in a popular student area Budock Terrace. My flatmates are a really warm and welcoming group of girls.
