Fantastic central location. Ten minutes walk into town, Falmouth town station, the BEACH and close to best cafe/deli in town!
Next to bus stop to main campus and close to Woodlane campus. (Sometimes accept mature or post student although none at the moment and generally a professional household.)
Lovely sheltered south west facing garden with beautiful garden furniture for alfresco dining and BBQ’s
Prefer people who don’t work from home but happy to consider all. (Small surcharge)
Parking much easier than most areas of central Falmouth! Normally in same street.
