My current housemate is leaving at the end of this tenancy (27th Sept) and I was hoping to renew with another person as it's a perfect little house in a prime location. The room is unfurnished but he is willing to discuss selling his furniture.
There is parking for one other car at the house but also on street parking at either end of the road. We have a small back garden which is decked with a shed for storage. We have all of the white goods and shared living space.
Bills are a little over £200, (Gas, Electric, Council Tax, WiFi, Water).
