Two rooms available in relaxed house with dog

Hello, I have two rooms coming available asap. I have just moved in myself, and continuing to furnish the house.

You will be living with myself and my olde-thyme bulldog, Hendrix. She’s super friendly and loves attention and cuddles, but she is a big girl! So we need someone who loves dogs, and understands doggy behaviours. She’s usually quiet but will bark at the front door. Obviously won’t be a party house for obvious reasons! I don’t expect you to walk her, but I would expect you to let her out for a wee, and give her some attention if I’m not in.

I work full time running a local pub for verdant, and enjoy my down time, cooking, dog walks to the beach, and socialising.

Room one- single- £475
Room two- double- £700

Both have lots of natural light, furnished, bills included with fast Wi-F.

Huge back garden and small front that’s gated. Hard wood floors. Modern kitchen and bathroom.

Looking for people who are tidy, respectful, dog lover, relaxed with good communication.
