Sunny Double Room Available in Falmouth

We are a house of 3 friendly, sociable women who are looking for a 4th female housemate; ideally in her 30's.

The bedroom being let is a well sized double bedroom on the ground floor of the house, facing south so gets the afternoon/evening sun. The room will be part-furnished (bed, desk, large rug) so you can choose what you need don't need and we can sell the rest.

The room is the warmest in winter and has double french doors leading on to the sunny patio so you get a lovely cool breeze in summer.

We have an awesome suntrap out the back for BBQ's and drinks (when Cornish weather permits!). We also have a smart TV, good shower, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

The costs break down as follows:

• £600 deposit paid to estate agents
• £150 for contribution to shared furniture (paid to outgoing housemate)
• £549 per month rent that includes ALL bills and house necessities such as loo roll, cleaning products, etc (may possibly increase along with cost of living / inflation)

Our house is our home so we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate of others. We are pretty chilled in the week as we all have full-time jobs, but do like to watch a film, reality TV, or socialise together. We respect each other's space so communal areas (dining room, kitchen, living room) is where we tend to hang out.

Of course, we all have our own social lives, so do not live in each other's pockets.

No couples, students or dogs (sorry!).
