Large Double Bedroom for rent in new build!

Hi,

I have a large double bedroom to rent in Falmouth in a new build house with a large garden and lounge on a quiet estate (Council tax band B) from the 1st of September!

Looking for a potential house mate but not in a rush and will only accept the right person.

The room is lovely and comes with a wardrobe, desk (different to picture) double bed and bed side table, on looking onto the estate.

The house comes with full fibre 500 broadband direct into the property, Netflix, Sky Go, Ninja Air fryer, large shared living room and a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities for shared use as well.

Not particularly looking for pets but will consider dogs as a big dog lover!

I'm 33, very active and social. I do shift work from home full time so will often be working on some weekends but when I'm not working I'm usually out.
