Double Room in central Falmouth

Large room available immediately for single occupancy. Sharing with two mature PhD students. My house is not a party house, but sociable and friendly none the less. You will share a shower room with the second lodger, and have shared access to kitchen, sitting room and garden. There is off street parking for a small car. This let is initially short term - I am having the kitchen renovated after Christmas - an extension of the let is possible for after this period.
A share of the council tax is payable if you are not a full time post-grad student.
