2 double beds in 3 bedroom house

Looking for 2 people to join a 3 bed house I've found in central Falmouth, just off the high street, with a move in date for 15 Nov.

All the bedrooms will be unfurnished but would be able to fit a double or single bed in each. There are 3 toilets with 2 showers in the house.

There is a decent sized living room and plenty of outdoor space to store bikes, surfboards, etc. however parking isn't ideal as it's quite central, so would probably have to find parking on the street somewhere.
