Double room in central location with garden

Hi,

I'm renting a furnished double room in my flat and I'm looking for a professional or mature student who's looking for somewhere homely and doesn't mind sharing with a friendly and affectionate dog.

I work as a Mental Health Advocate and I work from home half the week, working for a small charity. I'm tidy and hope to keep the space peaceful and relaxed.

I'm looking for long-term or short-term. The amount includes all bills and fibreoptic broadband.
