Looking for someone to take over my room at Ocean view, Falmouth as I have decided to live with a family member instead.
It is located very close to the town centre and has a train station very close by. The room features an en suite bathroom, with ample storage. The shared living space is spacious. It has many cupboards more than enough for all, two fridges, dishwasher, tv and sofas.
If a tenancy takeover is successful, I will pay 1000 towards your rent from the rent that will be refunded back to me.
