Falmouth Docks, 650PM bills included

Hello!

I have a room to let near Falmouth Docks train station, within 3 mins walk to the beach.

Semi Furnished: Double bed, chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe. Can be stored in garage if not wanted.

All bills and council tax (band b) are included in the price.

There is a front garden, with a vegetable plot you're welcome to grow in, and a back yard with lots of potted plants.

There is a conservatory with TV and sofa.
There is also a kitchen with attached living room, with sofa, dining table, futon, and shelf space.

Currently with two nice guys who would be happy to show you around the house.

Photos show current state of the room with tennants belongings, room will be clear of these for move in date.
