Modern second-floor bedroom overseeing Falmouth/River Fal. Situated within seconds of the train station so perfect for commuting to either the University of Exeter or Falmouth University. Five-minute walking distance of Castle Beach.

The bedroom includes a bed, mattress, desk, spinning chair, wardrobe, and plenty of storage spaces around the room and under the bed!
There is also an ensuite that includes a shower, sink, and toilet with shelves in there for storage. (decorations and extra furnishings pictured are not included)

There are communal areas within the house such as a kitchen with a balcony and a separate living room. The kitchen comes with an oven, sink, fridge, freezer, and plenty of cupboard storage. The living room includes a TV where you can connect to an HDMI and use it for your entertainment. You also have access to communal student areas on site, access to the on-site gym, laundry facilities, a movie theatre, and support from the reception team.

STUDENTS ONLY- I am only looking for students either studying online or in person (at Exeter University or Falmouth University) to take over my tenancy from December 15, 2024, to August 29, 2025, as this is the time that the accommodation tenancy states (I am open to short term lets, but would prefer someone to fully take over the tenancy).
