I live in this maisonette and I'm looking for a lodger! The room that's available is a furnished double room that looks out onto the main road and is on the ground floor.
The maisonette has one upstairs neighbour. It's opposite the golf club on Swanpool road. The road is fairly busy in the day but not at night. It's a 7 minute walk to swanpool beach.
The bathroom is downstairs, upstairs is the living room and kitchen. They get lots of natural light. Outside is the garden with a patio and shed for storage. My Guinea pigs live in a hutch outside and I put them on the grass as much as possible. In front of the property is a wide pavement that people park on. There's one allocated space for the house down the road where I usually park, but if it's free you could use it. There's onstreet parking around the estate as well.
I'm looking for someone around my age (26) who is working. I have guinea pigs and will consider pets but they'll need to be safe for my Guinea pigs. I wash my Guinea pigs' bath mats in the washing machine which you'd have to live with.
I'm asking for £500 including all the bills. I've got sky broadband (144 Mbps). As bills are included, I hope that my housemate would be conscientious of energy and water usage. I also recycle as much as I can and am eco friendly and I hope that my housemate would be like minded. Council tax band is B but that's included.
