We have one large double bedroom available. We are looking for a business professional (£650 pcm) or couple (£900 pcm) Sadly we are not permitted to rent to students.
This would be a flat share with two other tenants, sharing a large, bright, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a small snug with harbour views, along with access to a sheltered west-facing rear garden. Falmouth harbour is located immediately opposite the flat. The town centre and beaches are within easy walking distance.
The current tenants like to share responsibility for keeping the flat clean and tidy. The rent excludes bills, which would be a one-third share with other tenants. Council Tax Band C.
