- tenancy runs from July 2025 to June 2026
- It is a 4 bed 1 bath with a kitchen + dining room combo
- all bills (electricity, water, heating) are included in the rent
- landlord is really great

What we are looking for:
- someone quiet and clean
- preferably someone who doesn’t like to host parties and such
- someone who doesn't mind living with autistic/disabled/queer people

PLEASE NOTE- access to the flat is up external stairs, the flat is not accessible to wheelchair users/people who struggle with stairs.
