Looking for someone to share my house, had a range of previous lodgers, usually a few months up to a year.
*House currently being decorated so not many photos*
Prof. employed non smoker - female preferred as I feel more comfortable with that & will be sharing house. Sorry no couples or pets. Comfy quiet place rather than a party house.

Must have a full time job, looking for someone who won't be WFH more than 2ish days a week as I WFH about 3/4 days a week so not suitable unless working in a co-working space. I do go away fairly often so there would be plenty of chance for peace and privacy.

Medium sized double bedroom, south facing so lovely sunny light room. Bedroom 2.68m x 3.23m /
8’10"x 10’7” furnished with comfy bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.

House has solar panels, a kitchen / dining area and living room with TV and some storage etc. Some parking on the streets nearby though no space for a van or v large vehicle outside the house.
On a quiet road / neighbourhood watch area, 15 mins walk to town, close to Penmere, Tregoniggy Woods and walking distance to Swanpool. Enclosed back garden with washing line. Gas central heating (evenings / morning only, turned off Spring/ summer), double glazing, washing machine, dishwasher, dehumidifier for laundry, cooker, microwave, fridge & freezer.
Some garage space may be agreed.
I'm veggie so prefer someone who won’t cook loads of meat. I work in conservation, am keen on recycling / minimising waste so willingness there would be good.
Looking for someone fairly responsible who won't go wild if I'm away.
